Mirror

by Frank Cavano

When this wee spark shall join the
everlasting Flame
grieve not in guilt
or take on needless
blame.
And look past this brothers errors
and transgressions
that of your Self
you may sooner
take possession.

Oh, when this spark shall join the
everlasting Flame
forget all I seemed
to be nor recall my
name.
Yet know that in your loving eyes
so oft came I to see
that Ray of Light
and Holiness God’s
Word insists is Me.
